What you will do
- Own commercial activation plans for strategic GTM initiatives, product launches, and revenue motions.
- Translate product and market insights into compelling narratives, talk tracks, and field-ready resources.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align messaging and success metrics.
- Build and scale enablement programs for product adoption, expansion opportunities, and QBR/HBR excellence.
- Develop repeatable playbooks, templates, and frameworks to ensure consistent execution across regions.
- Leverage AI tools and CRM systems to improve content discoverability and strengthen commercial execution.
Requirements
- Experience in sales/revenue enablement, GTM strategy, commercial strategy, or product marketing.
- Strong understanding of B2B commercial motions, sales cycles, and customer value communication.
- Proven ability to translate complex product dynamics into practical commercial guidance.
- Experience building launch plans, field plays, and manager toolkits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, adtech, martech, or agency environments.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region commercial teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, or revenue intelligence platforms.
- Experience creating strategic playbooks and adoption reporting.
