What you will do

  • Serve as the operational backbone for the Mid-Market business, partnering with Regional Directors and AVPs.
  • Strengthen forecasting, track team performance, and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Build and maintain sales KPIs while identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies.
  • Manage pipeline reviews, QBRs, and business intelligence workstreams.
  • Develop and run AI-powered workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and scale.
  • Enforce Salesforce data hygiene and provide cross-functional training on sales tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Analyst roles, preferably in SaaS or Cybersecurity.
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce, including CPQ, custom report types, and calculated fields.
  • Advanced quantitative skills with mastery of MS Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, index/match, vlookup).
  • Proven ability to own and manage projects in alignment with business needs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex business issues into actionable insights.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on analytical problem-solving.
