What you will do
- Formulate multi-year operational roadmaps and playbooks for the renewals division.
- Direct the architecture and optimization of global renewal workflows and automation.
- Lead the tech stack strategy, specifically enhancing the Salesforce and CPQ ecosystems.
- Analyze BI data and SQL insights to identify root causes for churn and contraction to drive corporate strategy.
- Provide direct mentorship and management to a multi-layered team of operations managers.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal leadership to drive contract standardization.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in SaaS Revenue, Customer Success, or Renewals Operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience directing multi-layered teams, including management of people leaders.
- Comprehensive mastery of core SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, and GRR.
- Proven track record of spearheading technical transformations using Salesforce and CPQ.
- Expert capability in distilling complex BI insights (Tableau, Power BI) into executive reporting.
- Must be based in Dallas, TX for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience with spend-management or travel & expense platforms.
- Advanced analytics skills in SQL, Looker, Python, or R.
- Background in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
