What you will do

• Support the annual budgeting process, monthly and weekly forecasting, and prepare projections for the Management & Exco Committee.
• Provide commercial finance support for investment business cases and track delivery against the five-year strategic plan.
• Manage month-end performance reporting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
• Develop and maintain the Anaplan model to support pricing, forecasting, and performance management.
• Partner with strategic and operational stakeholders to embed finance into business discussions and transformation outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong FP&A expertise in leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Advanced skills in financial modelling and the ability to generate actionable recommendations.
• Commercial acumen for evaluating investment cases and linking financial outcomes to strategy.
• Experience in senior stakeholder partnering and influencing decision-making at the Executive level.
• Proficiency with planning systems and tools, ideally Anaplan.
