Location: Remote (Digital-first), with hubs in the UK, Dublin, and Toronto

What you will do
- Build and scale the FP&A team through strategic hiring, coaching, and regular development.
- Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering leaders to build investment cases and analyze unit economics.
- Co-author board and C-suite materials, translating financial data into narratives on revenue and capital allocation.
- Lead the end-to-end planning cycle, including annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Act as the product lead for the Pigment platform to streamline 3-statement forecasting and reporting.
- Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) to ensure prioritized leadership actions.
Requirements
- Significant FP&A leadership experience in high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or technology businesses.
- Proven track record of transforming FP&A into a business-impact driven function.
- Experience partnering with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
- Strong systems-oriented thinking to optimize recurring financial workflows.
- Progressive experience with modern planning platforms, with a preference for Pigment.
- History of leading full end-to-end annual planning cycles and board reporting.
