FP&A Manager

TL;DR

FP&A Manager: Supporting global FP&A and Commercial Finance teams with financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial insights with an accent on growth teams support, pricing analysis, and business improvement. Focus on developing financial models, performing variance and cost analysis, competitor benchmarking, and driving process improvements.

What you will do

• Conduct financial analysis including variance against targets and reasoning
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and planning
• Analyze cost structures, drivers, and forecasting with actionable insights
• Build financial models, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Provide data-driven recommendations to reduce costs and improve performance
• Partner with growth and sales teams on pricing and commercial analysis
• Reconcile data, ensure accuracy, and drive process improvements

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, AICWA, MBA or equivalent)
• Strong commercial FP&A experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of financial reporting processes
• Strong systems and data skills including advanced Excel, Looker or equivalent BI tool, and Salesforce
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence up to C-level, and delivery ownership
• High attention to detail
