What you will do

• Prepare annual budgets and full financial statements, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
• Drive monthly forecast processes and perform ongoing performance tracking.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support strategic business decisions and financial planning.
• Analyze actuals vs. budget and forecast to provide actionable insights to budget owners.
• Develop multi-year strategic plans and long-term financial models.
• Build, maintain, and automate financial models and operational work processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in an FP&A department, preferably within a high-tech environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with an ownership mindset and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in headcount planning and payroll-related FP&A.
• Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with detailed deep-dive analysis.
• Experience working in a matrix, cross-functional organization.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, such as accruals and capitalization.
