What you will do

  • Lead the design and implementation of a Group-wide liquidity planning and analysis framework.
  • Embed new cash metrics across the organization and drive consistent usage across divisions.
  • Design forecasting models, planning processes, and governance controls for BAU transition.
  • Improve Group-level cash visibility and strengthen liquidity reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Group Treasury to build buy-in and capability.
  • Lead and develop a small team while shaping a scalable long-term operating model.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in liquidity or a closely related finance, FP&A, risk, or actuarial role.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, reporting dynamics, and balance sheet drivers.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills for hands-on delivery.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of Solvency II, treasury instruments, and insurance liquidity drivers.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.

  • Qualification as an actuary or accountant.
