Salary: $142,200 - $199,100 USD base salary (plus equity and commission)

What you will do

• Manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners and agencies to drive YoY revenue growth.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans for top-tier clients.
• Identify new buyers for Reddit advertising products using agency and client networks.
• Use internal and external data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for platform updates and provide strategic consultative advice.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Ops to exceed marketing goals and shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in digital media.
• 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably within Financial Services.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Deep expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
