What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic visions for partners to help them achieve ambitious service goals.
• Build deep, trusting relationships by identifying pain points and providing actionable solutions.
• Analyze service performance data to provide recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, and growth.
• Negotiate and sign contract renewals and service expansions to drive year-on-year revenue.
• Act as an internal advocate for partners to champion new product features and capabilities.
• Travel frequently to connect with partners face-to-face.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
• Must be based on the US East Coast.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven track record as a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively as both an individual contributor and a team mentor.
