What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic visions for partners to help them achieve ambitious service goals.
• Build deep, trusting relationships by identifying pain points and providing actionable solutions.
• Analyze service performance data to provide recommendations that improve quality and efficiency.
• Negotiate and sign contract renewals and service expansions to drive year-on-year revenue growth.
• Act as an internal advocate for partners to facilitate the expansion of service scope and capabilities.
• Travel frequently to connect with partners face-to-face.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
• Must be based in the US Central region.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with frequent travel for partner meetings.
