What you will do

• Own the end-to-end marketplace onboarding and continuous improvement for new and existing customers.
• Configure and automate workflows, including freelancer assignment and vendor management, targeting 90% automation.
• Monitor freelancer capacity and performance, utilizing AI for supplier selection and manual sourcing for niche domains.
• Manage language assets, including TMs and glossaries, and oversee QA automation tools and delivery progress.
• Define success criteria and workflows for Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects to accelerate customer decisions.
• Collaborate with CX, Product, and Engineering teams to provide technical feedback and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, vendor management, supply chain management, or operations.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven ability to scope projects, allocate resources, manage risk, and track delivery performance.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts related to translation technologies and AI tools.
• Experience working with large freelancer pools or marketplace environments.
• Must be based in Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Additional language skills beyond English.
