What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of managed services, ensuring SLAs and quality targets are met.
• Run operating cadences including intake, prioritization, and backlog refinement.
• Manage releases and change requests for production systems while maintaining stability.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and potential SLA breaches.
• Define and report on service KPIs to guide decision-making and budget management.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, fostering trusted relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia or Brazil.
• 3+ years of experience in software delivery, technical project management, or engineering leadership.
• Strong understanding of agile practices like Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience managing distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Exceptional English speaking ability.
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in regulated environments like utilities, government, or finance.
