What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for high-stakes professional services engagements, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
• Act as the primary bridge between client business stakeholders and internal technical delivery teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks related to data infrastructure, API integrations, and agent logic.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with client sponsors to manage expectations and navigate organizational dynamics.
• Advise customers on operationalizing Agentic workflows and integrating AI into daily business processes.
• Lead agile sprints and reviews to maintain high velocity and clear project direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in delivering complex software or data products for enterprise clients.
• Technical background (e.g., Software Engineer, Solution Architect) with progression into client-facing leadership roles.
• Experience managing data science or machine learning projects.
• Technical undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of system architectures, SDLC, and GenAI/Agentic systems.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia.

• MBA degree.
• PMP or Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
