Director, Customer and Growth Product Marketing (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end post-sale marketing strategy covering onboarding, activation, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Implement segmented lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product channels to accelerate time-to-value.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales on signal-based programs for at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities.
• Develop data-driven upsell and cross-sell campaigns to optimize NRR and expansion pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with Product, RevOps, and Sales to scale repeatable growth programs.
• Mentor and build a small, AI-native team focused on customer growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in customer, lifecycle, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and expansion (NRR) within an installed base.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Mountain View or San Francisco.
• AI fluency and experience integrating AI tools into daily professional workflows.
• Deep expertise in segmentation, A/B testing, and multi-touch automation.
• Strong analytical skills to translate customer behavior into executive insights.
