What you will do

• Own the end-to-end post-sale marketing strategy covering onboarding, activation, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Implement segmented lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product channels to accelerate time-to-value.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales on signal-based programs for at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities.
• Develop upsell and cross-sell campaigns using behavioral data and AI for optimization.
• Lead post-sale marketing cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and RevOps.
• Build and mentor an AI-native team of customer and growth marketing specialists.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in customer, lifecycle, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and NRR within an installed base.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or Mountain View (hybrid 4 days/week).
• AI fluency and experience using AI tools in daily professional workflows.
• Deep expertise in segmentation, automation, and multi-touch customer journeys.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate data into executive insights.
