What you will do
- Manage timelines for all DTP deliverables including PDKs, Foundational IPs, Reference Flows, and Platform Validation to meet release commits and customer needs.
- Communicate risks, create solution plans, and collaborate with domain owners for flawless execution.
- Integrate delivery across domains, plan intermediate deliverables, and monitor development status and interdependencies.
- Identify improvement opportunities in quality, efficiency, and workflows, including AI solutions.
- Build high-performance teams, develop leaders, and drive organizational change.
- Influence across organization levels and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- 20+ years of industry and leadership experience in design and design enablement
- Semiconductor background to understand process impacts on PDK and FIP design
- PDK, FIP, and Design Flow expertise for interdependencies and utilization
- Proven program management skills for execution and commitment delivery
- Platform planning mindset for collaboration and efficiency improvements
- Complex problem-solving, decision-making, and results orientation
