What you will do

• Partner with RISC-V software workstream leaders to define, track, and execute team milestones.
• Build dependency tracking and risk mitigation paths to solve bottlenecks before they escalate.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across software delivery, engineering infrastructure, and external asks.
• Support headcount planning, recruiting logistics, and hiring loop discipline to scale the organization.
• Filter inbound noise and prepare strategic pitch/presentation materials for leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large technical programs or serving as a Chief of Staff/Senior Operator for a technical org.
• Strong track record working with engineering teams in systems software, infrastructure, or semiconductors.
• Demonstrated ability to shape and define strategic initiatives from scratch.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-team outcomes.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
