Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

What you will do

  • Lead the revenue cadence, managing forecasting, churn, and pipeline health.
  • Partner with the CRO and VP of GTM Operations on global narratives and strategic focus areas.
  • Leverage AI tools like Clari and Claude to derive actionable insights and surface risks proactively.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted workflows across the Sales Operations team.
  • Oversee the QBR cycle, including templates, data, and insight capture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on fiscal year planning, including territory design and quota allocation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in analytical roles within Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Clari, and AI-assisted platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools into analytical workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
