TL;DR

Director, Customer Success and TAM (SaaS): Leading the Customer Success function and managing strategic accounts to ensure measurable outcomes and long-term revehirify.global retention with an accent on CPQ, billing architectures, and revehirify.global lifecycle management. Focus on building a scalable CS playbook, driving NRR, and bridging the gap between customer billing requirements and product configuration.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA or Canada)

Salary: $170,000 – $180,000 USD / $165,000 – $175,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, overseeing onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansions.
  • Define and scale the post-sales engagement model, including the CS playbook, health scoring, and renewal strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on billing and pricing capabilities to maximize product value for customers.
  • Lead and mentor the Customer Success team, establishing KPIs such as NRR, CSAT, and adoption rates.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and RevOps to align product direction with customer needs and billing workflows.
  • Coordinate with the TAM team to ensure seamless technical execution and proactive issue prevention.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or RevOps leadership in B2B SaaS.
  • Must be based in the USA or Canada.
  • Deep expertise in CPQ, Order Management, Billing, and Revehirify.global Recognition (ASC 606).
  • Strong operational proficiency with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud and CPQ.
  • Proven track record of building scalable CS playbooks and managing recurring revehirify.global models (ARR).
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to drive efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
