What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automotive service solutions.
• Analyze product performance metrics at scale to provide actionable insights for dealership optimization.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including backlog and requirement management via JIRA.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build intuitive user experiences for dealer service departments.
• Define KPIs and track performance to drive continuous product improvement and successful go-to-market strategies.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in the automotive industry, specifically with dealer operations and consumer behavior.
• Experience working in SaaS environments, preferably within B2B automotive markets.
• Proficiency in Agile development processes and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the repair lifecycle and automotive dealer service drive.
