TL;DR

Salesforce Platform Owner: Driving the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and delivery of the Salesforce platform to support commercial success with an accent on stakeholder alignment and Agile product management. Focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions within a matrixed manufacturing environment.

Location: Must be based in the East Coast US region, with occasional travel to North Andover, MA.

Salary: $136,000–$155,000 yearly.

What you will do

  • Own and execute the Salesforce platform roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy.
  • Serve as the primary product owner, managing the backlog, prioritization, and feature delivery.
  • Lead Agile processes including sprint planning, grooming, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure successful validation of solutions.
  • Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the East Coast US region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce platform solutions, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proven experience as a product owner or in a similar platform ownership role.
  • Experience delivering complex technology solutions using Agile or SAFe methodologies.
  • Ability to successfully establish employment eligibility in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced or CPQ solutions.
  • Experience supporting B2B or manufacturing sales environments.
  • Experience working with offshore or third-party delivery teams.
