Project Manager

Project Manager: Managing, planning, and coordinating the full life cycle of projects with an accent on scope, deliverables, cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction. Focus on contract-aligned execution, risk identification and mitigation, stakeholder communication, and subcontract/SOW and invoice management.

What you will do

• Lead project execution to meet contract Statement of Work objectives within timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project scope, deliverables, costs/profitability, schedule, resources, and change control.
• Identify project risks and develop, document, monitor, and report mitigation strategies through resolution.
• Develop and maintain project plans and budgets; track milestones, deliverables, and critical dependencies.
• Oversee contractual agreements, regulatory compliance, subcontract activities (SOW development, execution, invoice review/approval), and funding execution/monitoring.
• Support staffing and team performance: participate in hiring, provide performance assessments/feedback, and run closeout activities including lessons learned.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Secret level.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of project experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a subtask of a project, including leading a team.
• Understand and implement project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency using project management software and tools.
• Ability to work primarily in an office environment.
