IT Project Manager (Full Scope Poly)

TL;DR

IT Project Manager (Project Management): Managing customer project efforts and delivering exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of complex projects with an accent on planning, coordination, and budget management. Location: Must be based in Chantilly, VA (Onsite). U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required.

What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle based on customer requirements and defined processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and budget tracking.
• Coordinate between customer contacts, team resources, partners, and subcontractors.
• Report on progress, risks, and burn rates to upper management.
• Lead meetings, manage agendas, and ensure documentation compliance.
• Identify new business opportunities and support cost center growth.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor-level degree in management or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer sites.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification or Master’s degree in project management.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud Certification.
