Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $126,490 - $171,134 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain labor and expense plans for assigned products and portfolios.
  • Create reporting and views for executive leadership (up to COO level) to monitor performance against capacity constraints.
  • Provide financial data and analysis, including run rate and cost-to-run, to identify portfolio risks and opportunities.
  • Support leaders through governance routines to drive a perpetual planning mindset and investment transparency.
  • Partner with Finance and HR to support financial forecasting and long-range planning.
  • Lead efforts to improve existing processes to increase efficiencies and reduce complexity in capacity management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience working closely with or within IT.
  • Proven experience working within a product or agile operating model.
  • Strong financial management skills, specifically in forecasting and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (based on provided benefit structures).
