What you will do

• Partner with product leadership to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
• Serve as the embedded Product Owner within agile squads, managing sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Author clear, actionable epics, user stories, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and QA to design and deliver scalable investment solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end release processes to ensure high-quality deployments.
• Gather customer input through user interviews and client forums to identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in financial technology.
• Strong understanding of private equity, private credit operations, accounting, or fund structures.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into detailed product requirements.
• Experience working in agile scrum environments with globally distributed teams.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office as part of a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global SentryPM or similar Syndicated Loan/CLO investment systems.
• Experience with SQL.
