TL;DR

Sr New Product Introduction Manager (Fintech): Managing product launches, ongoing releases, and product sunsets for digital retail and commercial banking solutions with an accent on go-to-market strategy and operational readiness. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, defining product strategy for account opening/onboarding, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX or Cary, NC). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available).

What you will do

  • Define and drive product strategy for account opening and onboarding solutions.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure operational readiness for the full product lifecycle.
  • Manage products through all lifecycle phases, including launches and sunsets.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to align products with company strategy.
  • Handle vendor relationships and align forward roadmaps.
  • Build product business cases based on industry research and financial knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech, preferably with account opening/onboarding.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies across all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles and evolving custom solutions into scalable products.
