Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + variable commission + equity

What you will do

  • Manage and prioritize inbound leads to ensure timely and effective follow-up.
  • Develop and lead targeted outbound campaigns from idea generation to qualified calls.
  • Research enterprise accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest to stimulate opportunities.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and records of all customer interactions.
  • Use AI tools to identify buying signals, such as hiring patterns and tech stack shifts, to prioritize accounts.
  • Create AI-assisted research briefs and role-tailored messaging for various personas.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Business Development.
  • Experience prospecting into multi-threaded Enterprise-level accounts.
  • Proficiency with Sales Enablement tools such as Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for account research and prospecting workflows.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Technical sales experience specifically within AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
  • Experience working in a PLG (product-led growth) company or a fast-paced startup.
  • Background in open-source or data science-oriented companies.
  • Experience building automated prospecting systems using tools like Clay, Apollo, or custom GPT workflows.
