What you will do

• Conduct detailed process assessments and time-motion studies to identify operational bottlenecks and risks.
• Create current-state and future-state process maps using visualization tools like Visio, Miro, or Lucid.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and executive-ready recommendations to drive performance.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives across Operations, Technology, and Product teams.
• Partner with technology teams to validate and implement automation and AI-driven process improvements.
• Manage change execution, including SOP updates, training documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in operational improvement, service delivery, or business analysis.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule from the Chicago office.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, value stream mapping, and root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams through change.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma or Certified Operational Excellence Leader (OPEX-L) certification.
• PMP or SAFe Agile certification.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or AI-driven process initiatives.
