TL;DR
Business Analyst (Salesforce): Driving Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash (L2C) initiatives from discovery through deployment with an accent on requirements elicitation and business process analysis. Focus on designing scalable solutions to improve sales, revenue, and customer lifecycle processes.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)
Salary: $92K – $135K

What you will do
- Lead requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping exercises.
- Analyze and document current and future-state business processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
- Develop BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash business processes.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and release validation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Experience with CPQ/Revenue Cloud and Lead-to-Cash processes (quoting, pricing, billing, renewals).
- Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar requirements management tools.
- Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits and employment.

- Consulting or client-facing experience.
- Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Administrator, or CPQ Specialist.
