What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance support resource for the Workday platform, managing both quick-turn tickets and long-term projects.
• Manage and maintain the Foundation Data Model (FDM), including Entities, Regions, Business units, and Cost centers.
• Develop advanced, matrix, and composite financial reports using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as EIB, Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve ServiceNow tickets based on assessed priorities.
• Test and deploy new requirements or enhancements to the Workday application.

Requirements

• Direct experience configuring Workday Financials (end-user experience only is not sufficient).
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules: AP, AR, Payroll, Intercompany, Banking, Settlement, Procurement, Lease Accounting, Inventory, and Billing.
• Proficiency in Professional Services Automation (PSA) for projects and resource management.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
• Solid understanding of Workday business processes and their correlation to integrations.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certifications.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights.
• Knowledge of HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Adaptive, or Power BI.
