What you will do

• Lead the strategy and design of complex new or upgraded platforms and business processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management and act as the "Voice of the Field" for technology initiatives.
• Translate approved investment cases and strategic objectives into detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Manage project team priorities and monitor progress to ensure compliance with charter, timelines, and budgets.
• Review and approve QA test approaches and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for internal and external users.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to functional teams and provide post-deployment support and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (or 7+ years of equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Product Development, or Project Management.
• Proven expertise in eliciting and documenting clear functional and detailed requirements.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), specifically Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall.
• Proficiency with Requirements Management and Diagramming Tools such as ADO, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid, Miro, or Microsoft Visio.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
