What you will do

• Manage day-to-day execution of technical projects across production engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, task tracking, and status reporting.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure readiness for live broadcasts, sports events, and breaking news coverage.
• Identify and escalate project risks, delays, or blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, standups, and provide consistent status updates.
• Ensure alignment with change management and release processes for stable production deployments.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in project management, technical coordination, or delivery roles.
• Experience supporting technical or production-related projects.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical teams.
• Must be available for in-person interviews in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience in media, broadcast, streaming, or live production environments.
• Exposure to playout, encoding, or media delivery workflows.
• Experience working in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
