Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Own overall schedules, budgets, and deliverables for assigned IT projects from initiation to close.
• Manage technology solutions using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies as defined by the SOW.
• Facilitate project ceremonies, meetings, and decision-making processes while eliminating team impediments.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project stability.
• Liaise with clients, end users, and vendors to define and document project requirements.
• Mentor other project managers and teams to ensure adherence to PMO best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects using Waterfall, Agile, and/or hybrid methodologies.
• Proven expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to drive to work sites to meet with clients as required.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or PMP Certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
