What you will do

• Execute independent structural analysis and design for complex industrial projects.
• Apply advanced lateral analysis (wind and seismic) per modern building codes.
• Take full ownership of structural scopes, including budget forecasting and schedule management.
• Coordinate structural designs with architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines using Navisworks.
• Perform rigorous quality control, self-checks, and peer reviews of team models.
• Mentor junior engineers and drafting staff to improve technical workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis) required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial or commercial structural design.
• Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
• Deep expertise in current US building codes and seismic provisions.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and partner across diverse disciplines.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MS) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Structural Engineer (SE) License.
• Experience leading technical teams on medium-to-large capital projects.
