What you will do

• Execute conventional and complex structural analysis and design for large-scale industrial and capital infrastructure projects.
• Design and assess steel, concrete, wind, and seismic structural systems using current US building codes.
• Own structural scopes from concept development through final construction documentation.
• Define work packages, forecast effort, manage project budgets, and identify scope changes early.
• Coordinate structural designs with architectural, mechanical, process, and electrical disciplines using Navisworks to resolve spatial conflicts.
• Perform quality control, peer reviews, and technical mentoring for junior engineers and design staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• At least 10 years of structural engineering experience in an industrial or commercial design environment.
• Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
• Deep knowledge of current US building codes and seismic provisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing client expectations and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Structural Engineer (SE) license.
• Experience with large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or heavy-infrastructure facilities.
• Experience leading technical teams on medium-to-large capital projects.
