What you will do

  • Prospect new business opportunities through high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from initial contact to successful onboarding and contract finalization.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of Enterprise and Mid-Market customers while providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Partner with the Account Management team to ensure long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by sharing customer feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Refine sales techniques through role-play, objection handling, and data-driven performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Must have direct sales experience in Supply Chain SaaS.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving quotas.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ZoomInfo.
  • Previous experience in an entrepreneurial, high-growth startup environment.
