What you will do
- Prospect new business opportunities through high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial contact to successful onboarding and contract finalization.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of Enterprise and Mid-Market customers while providing accurate sales forecasts.
- Partner with the Account Management team to ensure long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by sharing customer feedback to improve product offerings.
- Refine sales techniques through role-play, objection handling, and data-driven performance analysis.
Requirements
- Must have direct sales experience in Supply Chain SaaS.
- Fluent in German and English.
- 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving quotas.
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with ZoomInfo.
- Previous experience in an entrepreneurial, high-growth startup environment.
