What you will do

  • Drive post-sales experience for EMEA accounts, focusing on product adoption and retention.
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate renewal proposals to meet price increase targets and retention goals.
  • Monitor account health to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify and collaborate on upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Implement AI and automation tools to improve repeatable use cases and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience managing renewal and negotiation conversations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

  • 1+ year of experience in Technology, SaaS, or software-related roles.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing technology industry.
  • Knowledge of PLM, CPQ, or CAD solutions.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting customer usage data.
