Account Executive (Supply Chain)

Location: Must be residing in Germany (East Germany preferred). Fully remote with 10-20% travel requirement.

What you will do

• Manage a defined sales territory to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Conduct prospecting through email campaigns, networking, and cold calling.
• Handle qualified leads from various internal teams and nurture existing customers for cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline to meet or exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) quotas.
• Collaborate with sales engineering and implementation teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
• Document key findings, progress, and pipeline velocity using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or related sectors.
• Experience in commission-based sales and managing a defined sales territory.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ARR quotas.
• Fluency in English, German, and Polish is required.
• Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT or ERP sales.
• Sales experience covering both the German and Polish markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
