What you will do

• Lead and develop multiple FCC teams (44 FTE) to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Define and drive the strategic direction of second-line governance aligned with global frameworks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and delegate MLRO on critical regulatory positionhirify.global.
• Oversee high-impact KYC-related escalations to ensure consistent and defensible outcomes.
• Challenge the first line of defence on compliance risks, controls, and change initiatives.
• Represent FCC NL internally and externally to maintain credibility and regulatory trust.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in financial crime compliance and risk management.
• Deep expertise in AML, KYC/CDD, and sanctions within a second-line context.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large, high-performhirify.global teams.
• Experience navigathirify.global regulatory scrutiny and engaghirify.global directly with regulators and auditors.
• Strong professional foundation, ideally supported by certifications such as ACAMS.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory frameworks into practical governance and guidance.
