Senior End User Platform Engineer (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Architect and engineer core end-user platform services across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365 services, including Purview, security, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, and related offerings.
• Modernize Azure and hybrid identity architecture while strengthening Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
• Develop automation for governance, administration, integrations, zero-configuration operations, and zero-trust controls.
• Optimize architecture and costs, recommend business solution best practices, and troubleshoot complex messaging systems.
• Collaborate with platform architecture and engineering teams and transition Microsoft Purview operational activities to platform operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of systems engineering experience, including requirements development, systems design, integration, and solution validation.
• 8+ years of experience with enterprise-scale cloud identity management, messaging, and office productivity solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure cloud security, Purview, hybrid identity, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure AD, Intune, and Defender.
• Extensive PowerShell and scripting experience for Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration and automation.
• Knowledge of DLP, mail hygiene, classification labels, records management, threat management, eDiscovery, GDPR, networking, DNS, mail routing, Windows Server, and disaster recovery.

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
