What you will do

• Implement and maintain Microsoft Purview services, including information protection, sensitivity labeling, and data loss prevention.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Copilot services, including access management and security controls.
• Support the implementation of Copilot extensibility and agentic AI solutions aligned with governance standards.
• Participate in incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis for M365 and AI platforms.
• Collaborate with architects and security teams to deliver compliant, AI-enabled productivity solutions.
• Evaluate new Microsoft 365 and AI capabilities to provide recommendations for operational readiness.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience engineering and supporting Microsoft 365 or equivalent cloud services.
• Proven experience administering Microsoft Purview compliance and information protection.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity services.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Experience working in a regulated enterprise environment, preferably in financial services.
• Ability to work effectively within a global engineering team.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-500, SC-400, or MS-102.
