M365 Specialist (Microsoft 365)

Location: Fully remote from the United Kingdom, with occasional travel to client sites

Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum

What you will do

• Act as a technical specialist across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Purview, and Copilot.
• Design, implement, and support secure Microsoft 365 and identity solutions for complex organisations.
• Implement Microsoft 365 best-practice frameworks and governance models.
• Configure Defender for Office 365, Purview Information Protection, data loss prevention, and retention policies.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and emerging Copilot capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including data governance, compliance, information protection, and risk management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Commercial Incentives, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot within enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise workplace productivity, collaboration, and digital transformation solutions.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 architecture and administration.
• Commitment to developing Microsoft expertise and achieving MS-102, SC-300, and SC-401 certifications.
