End User Experience Engineer (Microsoft Intune): Managing and optimizing enterprise endpoint services and desktop environments with an accent on Intune administration, zero-touch deployment, endpoint security, and automation. Focus on developing secure endpoint architectures, resolving complex Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues, and improving Microsoft 365 service compliance and user experience.
Location: Hybrid role based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia

What you will do
- Manage and optimize endpoint services using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and related technologies.
- Handle device provisioning, application deployment, software updates, patch management, and compliance monitoring.
- Administer endpoint security solutions including Microsoft Cloud PKI, Windows Defender Application Control, AppLocker, and compliance policies.
- Develop automation with Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, PowerShell, Python, and similar technologies.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 and endpoint service health, performance, adoption, and compliance, producing operational and security reports.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 engineering support, investigate complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend endpoint architecture improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in endpoint management, desktop engineering, or endpoint security in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, including device lifecycle management, policy configuration, application deployment, and compliance management.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Windows Autopilot zero-touch deployment solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud PKI, Windows Defender Application Control, AppLocker, and device compliance frameworks.
- Experience developing automation with PowerShell, Python, Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or comparable technologies.
- Experience creating operational, security, or compliance reports using Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365 administration tools, or comparable platforms.
