What you will do

• Apply industrial engineering and operations research methods to identify root causes and design scalable operational improvements.
• Engineer, implement, and institutionalize systemic changes that improve efficiency and performance.
• Collect field data and analyze complex datasets using querying, statistical analysis, and spreadsheet modeling.
• Build computer simulations, predictive models, and what-if scenarios for capacity and future operational states.
• Prepare data-rich business cases and presentations for frontline stakeholders and senior executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• At least three years of applied industrial engineering or operational analysis experience.
• Experience conducting field studies and data collection in active operational environments.
• Strong command of spreadsheet modeling, database querying, and statistical analysis software.
• Willingness to support a 24/7/365 operation, including weekends and holidays during high-demand periods.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, R, or SPSS.
• Experience analyzing large-scale, high-demand operational venues where capacity and throughput are critical.
