What you will do

• Apply Industrial Engineering (IE) and Operations Research (OR) principles to identify root causes and design robust, scalable solutions.
• Own the implementation and institutionalization of systemic changes to improve operational performance.
• Extract insights from complex datasets and lead field data collection studies to ground models in real-world observations.
• Conduct computer simulations and statistical modeling to stress-test operations and simulate future scenarios.
• Develop data-rich presentations and business cases to communicate mathematical outcomes to senior executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of applied experience in industrial engineering or operational analysis.
• Proven ability to conduct field studies and data collection in active operational environments.
• Strong command of spreadsheet modeling, database querying, and statistical analysis software.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Orlando, FL.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, R, or SPSS.
• Experience analyzing large-scale, high-demand operational venues.
• Availability to support 24/7/365 operations during peak periods (weekends/holidays).
