Solutions Engineer I (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Develop customized fulfillment solutions integrating software, parcel services, fixed pricing, automation, and facility flow.
• Optimize facility layouts, process flows, labor models, material handling, and operational efficiency.
• Build pricing models and conduct cost analysis and scenario modeling across fulfillment, software, parcel, and fixed costs.
• Partner with finance and FP&A to align pricing with financial goals and margin targets.
• Engage prospective customers to understand fulfillment needs and present optimized solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, implementation, and other stakeholders to support solution delivery.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in solutions engineering, industrial engineering, pricing, or a related supply chain field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment, warehousing, automation, material flow optimization, and facility operations.
• Experience with cost modeling, pricing strategy, and supply chain financial analysis.
• Strong communication skills, including presentations to executives and customers.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and optimization tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3PL operations, fulfillment, and parcel solutions.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and cost-benefit analysis.
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and sales collaboration in supply chain settings.
• Startup or previous pre-sales experience.
