Industrial Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States; travel required up to 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $90,000–$124,000 per year

What you will do

• Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, perform data-driven analysis, and deliver recommendations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify insights, opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Prepare recommendations and deliverables for executive-level audiences and support strategy and execution discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, validate hypotheses, create deliverables, and accelerate implementation.
• Optimize operations and business processes to improve performance, reduce cycle time, and lower costs.
• Lead projects across logistics, supply chain, service operations, and business performance improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline; equivalent qualifications and experience may be considered.
• Understanding of logistics, financial reporting, purchasing, and service business management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to connect details, communicate complex ideas, and work with multiple data sources.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
