What you will do

• Track critical engine assemblies and components through the manufacturing process.
• Monitor daily production priorities and lead review meetings to ensure schedule attainment.
• Identify and escalate bottlenecks, material shortages, and quality holds.
• Analyze production data to improve forecasting accuracy and manufacturing throughput.
• Maintain MES/ERP system alignment and validate work order data integrity.
• Coordinate recovery plans when production falls behind schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Must be located in Centennial, CO.
