What you will do

• Lead sourcing and procurement for CAPEX and indirect materials including machines, tooling, and IT services.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from RFQs and bid analysis to contract negotiation and execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to support facility expansions and production upgrades.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure performance in quality, delivery, and cost.
• Execute supply chain risk mitigation and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and support audits for AS9100 and government compliance.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required (eligibility for U.S. government security clearance is mandatory).
• 3–7+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense.
• Proven experience sourcing CAPEX equipment and indirect spend categories.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and statements of work.

Nice to have

• Experience in precision machining, additive manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Experience managing long-term supply agreements and logistics.
