What you will do
- Process inbound leads from website forms, chatbots, and email.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, geography, licensing, and project stage.
- Gather and verify detailed company and technical requirements.
- Conduct initial outreach via chat, messengers, and email.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
- Schedule meetings and transfer qualified opportunities to Sales Closers.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Sales, SDR, BDR, or Lead Qualification.
- Excellent Russian (C1) and English (B2+) proficiency.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
- Must be based in Czechia, Poland, Latvia, Georgia, or Serbia.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with iGaming products, operators, and white-label solutions.
- Knowledge of sales processes and qualification frameworks.
- Experience using chat platforms, helpdesk systems, or sales engagement tools.
