Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Culver City, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $60/hr - $65/hr

What you will do
- Develop and implement integrated media strategies across digital, social, OOH, and traditional channels.
- Manage workflow between external and internal media teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Analyze media channel performance and provide actionable insights to key partners.
- Act as a strategic thought leader for business stakeholders regarding budget allocation and media leverage.
- Build media briefs, review media plans, and consolidate information into clear presentations.
- Oversee campaigns from initial concepting through to final execution and reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Culver City, CA
- 5+ years of media planning and strategy experience, with at least 4 years at a media agency.
- Expertise in cross-channel tactical planning for performance and brand KPIs.
- Proficiency with syndicated research sources like MRI/Simmons and comScore.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- BS/BA degree required.
Nice to have
- Experience with communications and audience strategy.
- Background working on B2B campaigns, particularly targeting SMBs.
